We welcome design customizations! If you have a specific flower you'd like to include in the tooling, initials, a brand, or other details you would like to add, please send us an email immediately after placing your order.
If you do not include customization information, please understand you are giving the artist FULL CREATIVE FREEDOM. This includes but is not limited to: tooling style, design, color choices, etc.
We feel our best work comes when our clients give us full rein of design.
We WILL NOT copy another maker/artists style or design.
All items (not including custom work with personalization) can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
Clients are responsible for providing all customization details when placing a custom order
It is the clients responsibility to read all descriptions and size charts/methods of measurement thoroughly. Bar 9L Designs is not responsible for incorrect sizing.
Items returned must be in unworn, unaltered, and undamaged condition and must have original packaging. Proof of purchase is required
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
Items sold at reduced price are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund
Client is responsible for return shipping and refunds will be issued upon receiving returned item(s) following inspection
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Our wood bases are a natural wood product, made from a light-weight wood to keep it from feeling like you’re wearing a concrete block, and the sharp edge of the toe may smash or crack with wear. If you have issues with cracking please contact us with photos as soon as possible and we will do our best to replace or repair the damaged base.
We do not accept cancellations, but would be happy to offer you a credit toward another product or custom order if your order has not been started. Reach out to us via email for more information
To reserve your space in line, many custom orders are reserved on a DEPOSIT only. We will contact you with a remaining balance invoice the month before your order is set to go into production. If you do not pay this remaining balance invoice by the date mentioned in the invoice email, your order will be pushed to the following month, further delaying your order until the remaining balance is paid in full.
If the remaining balance is not paid in full 90 days after sending over the first remaining balance invoice email, Bar 9L Designs Leatherworks reserves the right to cancel your custom order without a deposit refund.
All deposits are 100% non-refundable
We ship using UPS Ground, when provided a physical address.
If you choose to provide a P.O. Box number, orders will be shipped using USPS.
International orders are shipped cheapest/fastest method available.
Bar 9L Designs LLC is not responsible for the package once it has left our facility. If you have questions about tracking or need to file a claim, please FIRST contact the shipping carrier, then contact us so we can also file a missing package claim.
